Join us for Sunset Sweat, a feel-good workout on the evening of Thursday, May 7 at The Park at PV. As the sun sets, we’ll flow through a mix of yoga and movement designed to energize your body and reset your mind. Whether you’re winding down from the day or kicking off your evening, this is your time to move, breathe, and connect.

Check-in begins at 6:00 PM, with class starting at 6:30 PM. Bring your mat, grab a friend, and come sweat with us at PV.
