This 2 hour session starts with Nadine sharing some tips and coping strategies from her trusted Calmer Self Method.
After a short break and refreshments Nadine will guide you through a relaxing meditation. For this you can sink yourself deep into the luxurious chairs in the very relaxing lounge provided for us by Mortain Place so you will be especially comfy and cosy enabling you to easily slip into bliss.
You will leave refreshed and renewed and you will take away with you a toolbox of helpful resources that will be there for you when you need them.
