About this Event
The Canada Day Plan That Starts With Golden Hour
Some Canada Day plans start in a packed street.
This one starts on the water.
On Wednesday, July 1, 2026, step aboard the River Gambler for a sunset boat party that moves with the city — from lake views to skyline lights to Canada Day fireworks atmosphere.
This is a July 1st experience built around the best part of the evening:
the moment Toronto starts to glow.
Your Evening, Hour by Hour
7:00 PM — Boarding Begins
Arrive at 176 Cherry St and step onto the boat as the evening begins.
This is the golden-hour part of the night — the perfect time to settle in, meet your crew, grab drinks, take photos, and find your favourite spot on the rooftop.
8:00 PM — The Boat Departs
The River Gambler leaves the dock and the city opens up around you.
You’ll cruise through Toronto Harbour and along Lake Ontario, with the CN Tower, waterfront, and skyline becoming part of the experience.
Sunset — The View Takes Over
As the sun drops, the whole atmosphere changes.
The lake reflects the evening light.
The skyline starts to glow.
The rooftop begins filling with music, movement, and Canada Day energy.
Nightfall — The Party Builds
Once the city lights come on, the cruise shifts into full party mode.
Live DJs take the energy higher with:
Hip Hop • R&B • Dancehall • Reggaeton • Afrobeats • Top 40 • Throwbacks • Soca
Canada Day Fireworks Atmosphere
As the night reaches its peak, enjoy Canada Day fireworks atmosphere from the water, surrounded by skyline views, music, and a full rooftop crowd.
Fireworks visibility is subject to city programming, weather, route, and captain’s discretion.
10:30 PM — Return to Dock
The boat returns after an evening of sunset views, rooftop dancing, music, and Canada Day celebration on the water.
