Give yourself permission to let go of the weight of the week and sink into the soothing resonance of sound at this gentle soundbath session in the peaceful Heart Studio at the foot of the Pentland Hills.

You'll be guided into the sound session by Elspeth from Pause to Be with a mindfulness meditation, resting awareness with your own heartfelt intention, before journeying through calming sounds.

Be immersed in the soft hum of Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, Native American flute, chimes, and gentle gong, guiding you into a state of deep relaxation.

The session ends with some silence to allow the sounds to settle, followed by some grounding sounds and a gentle reawakening.

Herbal teas and refreshments will be offered before you leave with a renewed sense of peace, clarity, and connection.
