About this Event
For women, the fertility journey can be stressful and lonely. It's a time that we often forget to do things for ourselves and can end up becoming disconnected with our bodies.
This yoga and meditation session is for women who are at any stage in their fertility journey to take some time for themselves and reconnect with their bodies, mind and breath. We will have 60 minutes of gentle yin yoga led by Hwyl Wellbeing, followed by a meditation and sound healing guided by Soultree Therapies.
This session is exclusively for women and is being run free of charge to provide much needed sanctuary during a stressful time. There is no expectation to share anything about your own journey, but there will be some time to chat over herbal teas and meet others should you wish to.
