Sunday Reset: Yoga + Sound Healing Experience

Join Sarah T for a 90-minute practice designed to restore balance to body and mind. We’ll begin with a mindful vinyasa flow to warm, move energy, and clear the mental space, then soften into grounding yin postures to gently release tension and open the body.

The practice will close with an extended sound healing savasana, where the soothing tones of koshi chimes, rain disk + wave drum, and crystal bowls attuned to each chakra wash over you, guiding you into deep rest, stillness, and ease.

An invitation to slow down, reset, and return to yourself — just as you are.

Props will be available but if you have an eye mask feel free to bring it!
