Sunday Reset: Yoga, Manifestation Meditation & Connection in the Park
Join us for a slow Sunday morning in nature designed to help you reconnect with yourself through movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
It’s a space to slow down, soften, reset your nervous system, and return to your body after a busy week in London.
We’ll begin with a gentle embodiment-based yoga flow in the park, followed by an optional guided manifestation meditation inspired by ancient teachings developed over 2,500 years ago, journaling prompts, and an optional matcha or coffee circle afterwards.
You’re welcome to join just for the yoga session or stay longer for the full experience, including the manifestation meditation and reflection practice.
Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already have a practice, you are warmly welcome here 💛

About your guide
Hi, I’m Ana . I’m a certified yoga and meditation teacher based in London, currently teaching in studios and also sharing community sessions in nature.
My journey started very early. I grew up in a spiritual family and met my first meditation teacher when I was three. Since then, movement, breath, and inner practice have always been a natural part of my life.
Before teaching yoga, I trained as a professional ballet dancer, which gave me a deep love for the body, expression, and the emotional language of movement.
Over the years, I’ve explored yoga, meditation, Taoist and Slavic practices, and Buddhist philosophy, and I’m currently continuing my studies at the Asian Classics Institute.
Everything I share today is simple, grounded, and very human, focused on helping you slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel more at home within yourself🤍
