What to expect
Steph's sound baths are a gentle yet powerful way to care for yourself. Your only job is to lie down and be bathed in the soothing sounds and vibrations of the crystal singing bowls and other instruments. Enjoy a moment to quieten the mind, ease stress and anxiety, boost mental clarity, and soothe the nervous system. On this retreat, we will be bathing in the real life sounds of the forest too, what a treat! You can read more about The Science of Sound on Stephโs website.
Rebeccaโs calm and compassionate sessions work in harmony with Stephโs restorative sound baths. Rebecca is a light-hearted group coach, and her sessions help you to take a step back from the day to day and find simple ways to prioritise your wellbeing. There is no one size fits all rule to stress and burnout, but Rebecca is all about tapping into the healing benefits of nature wherever we find ourselves. Come and take a long exhale under the forest canopy and enjoy the fawns, ferns, ancient trees and song birds of beautiful Epping Forest.
