About this Event
Sunday Remedies is an artistic self-care popup created with the intention of designing a safe space for all to participate in self-care practices in a community setting. Each Sunday Remedies event will provide embodied wellness practices such as breathwork, movement-based wellness, meditation, opportunities and materials for reflection, and cool, yummy snacks. Sunday Remedies is organized by Tam of Live To Inspire Movement (a visual artist and positivity coach) and Amber Ortega (movement-based artist and educator) featuring food and drink creations by Chef Olivia Martinez.

Sunday Remedies will feature the following activities;
Reflection Stations- materials and space will be provided for participants to reflect, affirm, and focus. These stations are light interactive opportunities for participants to meet each other, and collectively construct intentions and affirmations.
Inspirational Breathwork- Breathing into your future self is like setting the stage for the person you want to become, fueling your creativity and inspiration. Each mindful breath connects you with your inner wisdom, guiding your choices and shaping your vision like a storyteller crafting a narrative. Embrace your creative spirit today, using your breath to unlock new possibilities and transform your presence now and beyond.
Therapeutic Floorwork- laying on the floor or ground is proven to not only be good for your bones and muscles (eases back pain and relieves pressure and compression) it is also good for your mental state as it reduces anxiety and stress. This floorwork session will introduce the participant to developing a good relationship with the ground/earth through easy movement and sprialing techniques. Wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat, towel or small blanket, no shoes.
Meditation Tent- Immerse yourself inward as (TAM) leads you through a series of energizing meditation exercises. Feel the positive energy flow through you as you breathe into your existence. Come and experience the bliss of being **High on Life** at this unique event. No prior meditation experience is necessary - just bring an open mind and a willingness to embrace the present moment. We can't wait to see you there!
Hydrate & Eat- Chef Olivia will provide natural, low sugar, hydrating juices and nutritious sweets. Drinks are free and baked goods are $5.
