Sunday Park Yoga

Community focused yoga in the park, bringing together a love of practising yoga and building a community amongst the hustle and bustle of the city.

Join @yogawithems in flowing alongside nature to reset your energy, creativity and promote peaceful rest. Emma, oringinally from the UK, has been teaching yoga for 10 years across Dubai, Singapore and now here in Hong Kong and teaches with a focus on connecting movement with the breath and injecting flow and creativity into her classes.

Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of class to register, meet participants and settle.
