Drop-in Yoga Class
When: Sunday Mornings, 11am-12pm
Where: Hornsey Vale Community Centre , 60 Mayfield Rd, London, N8 9LP
Join me for a balanced yoga class to kick off your Sunday! This is an hour-long flowing movement practice, combining playful vinyasa flows with longer-held postures. I’ll always give you options so you can choose what’s best for your body, and please remember that you can do whatever you want on the mat, regardless of what I'm instructing! Expect to tune in and feel good.
This class is suitable for beginner and intermediate yogis alike, but does require the ability to move from seated to standing.
We'll be practicing in the small hall, which is located through the left-hand-side entrance to Hornsey Vale Community Centre, at the end of the corridor. Please do bring a mat if you have one, though we have some spares - Otherwise, all equipment is provided. I'd recommend bringing a water bottle, and maybe a friend too.
I'd also suggest arriving five to ten minutes early, just so you can get settled and ease into the practice. Of course you're still welcome to join in and begin practice with us if you're running late on the day.
