NEW YEAR TRANFORAMTIVE 1 DAY RETREAT
Inspired by Maria and Levins signature 7-day Soul Transform retreat in Morocco, this one-day New Year gathering offers a taste of the deep transformation their guests experience abroad.
Together we will release the old, create spaciousness within, and step into a renewed version of ourselves. The day weaves yoga, transformative breathwork, sound healing, Reiki, a creative workshop, and a powerful fire ceremony for release and intention-setting. A nourishing 3 course brunch is included.
10:00–10:15 — Arrival and Welcomes
Arrive into a serene, sacred space where you are greeted with warmth and presence. A shamanic smudge cleanses your field as you enter, helping you release the outside world and step fully into the energy of renewal.
10:15–11:00 — Opening Circle
We begin with an intention-setting meditation to anchor your heart into the journey ahead. You will receive an oracle card for guidance, move through gentle guided journaling, and sip on ceremonial Blue Lotus tea to open intuition and inner clarity.
11:00–12:00 — Yin Yoga
A slow, nourishing yin practice designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and invite spaciousness into the places where tension once lived. This gentle unwinding prepares you for deeper transformation throughout the day.
12:00–13:00 — Nourishing Brunch
A wholesome, mindful meal crafted to replenish body, mind, and soul. Enjoy flavours that ground, nourish, and support your energy for the journey ahead.
13:00–14:00 — Creative Workshop
A soulful creative experience designed to awaken inspiration, unlock inner expression, and connect you with the wisdom of your subconscious. The details remain a surprise to preserve the magic and spontaneity of the moment.
14:00–15:00 — Gong and Alchemy Bowl Sound Journey with Reiki
Immerse yourself in a transformative sound healing journey where Gongs, Alchemy Crystal Bowls, and Light Language weave together to shift energy, dissolve stagnation, and open pathways of deep renewal. The frequencies guide you into a state of expanded awareness, supporting emotional release and inner alignment. Hands on reiki given during the sound journey.
15:00–15:30 — Letter Writing Ritual
A reflective ritual to honour what you are ready to release and call in what your heart is prepared to receive. This sacred writing practice invites clarity, honesty, and intention.
15:30–16:30 — Transformative Breathwork
A powerful breathwork journey to clear old patterns, activate inner fire, and awaken a renewed sense of self. Supported by hands-on or hovering Reiki, this session helps you access deeper layers of healing, release, and expansion.
16:30–17:00 — Sharing Circle and Tea
Gather with the group in a soft, grounded sharing circle. Integrate your insights, speak from the heart, and connect over warm herbal tea as the day gently lands within you.
17:00 — Fire Pit Ritual and Departures
We close with a moment by the fire, releasing what is complete and offering your letter to the flames if you wish. This final ritual seals your intentions and marks the threshold into a new chapter. Depart feeling lighter, clearer, and reconnected to your inner truth.

Maria and Levi are the founders of Soul Transform Retreat, partners in life and purpose who weave their gifts into powerful, immersive healing experiences. Together, they create sacred spaces where transformation becomes not only possible, but inevitable.
Maria brings her intuitive depth as a sound healer, teacher trainer, and ceremonial guide, blending yoga, breathwork, energy work, and the alchemy of sound into journeys that reconnect people with their essence. Levi offers grounded masculine presence through his work as a transformative breathwork coach, Reiki healer, and gong player. His steady energy, combined with his ability to guide others into powerful breath-led release, creates a container of safety and expansion.
United by a soul-based partnership, Maria and Levi harmonise the feminine and masculine, the intuitive and the grounded, the mystical and the embodied. Their retreats and workshops are infused with deep intention, compassion, and ancient wisdom—inviting participants to release what no longer serves, awaken inner truth, and step into a more aligned, liberated version of themselves.

Investment
The One Day Retreat is £222 in total and includes all above activites, a three course brunch (vegan and vegetarians catered for) and your creative creation from the workshop to take from the event.
We ask for a £22 deposit and can offer you a two part payment plan of 2 x £100 for the reminder with the full amount paid by the time of the event.
