About this Event
Winter is not a season for rushing forward — it is a season for rest, integration, and quiet preparation.
After the stimulation and busyness of the holiday period, many of us feel pressure in January to have everything figured out: new goals, new routines, new energy. Yet the body and nervous system often ask for the opposite — slowness, restoration, and space to breathe.
This Candlelit Gong Bath & Winter Reset is an invitation to honour that natural rhythm.
Rather than pushing or striving, this session supports a gentle return to balance. The sound journey moves through different layers and intensities, helping the nervous system discharge tension before settling into deep rest. The intention is not to “fix” or force anything — simply to allow the body and mind to reset naturally.
What the session includes:
- Seasonal intention setting — aligning with winter as a time of rest and inward focus
- Guided breathwork — to ground, regulate, and soften the nervous system
- Rhythmic drumming — supporting release and embodiment
- Candlelit gong bath — an immersive sound journey for deep relaxation, recalibration, and renewal
You are welcome to lie down, rest, and receive. No previous experience with sound healing or meditation is needed.
