We’ll come together for:
🌿 A mini ritual to release & create space
Begin by writing what you wish to let go of from the past year (specially if you couldn’t attend to the last yoga event of the year) and what you want to manifest; opening up energetic space for what’s truly meant for you.
🧘♀️ Yoga flow to open hips & heart
Move through a gentle yet powerful practice designed to soften the areas of the body that often hold emotional tension, helping you feel more spacious, receptive, and connected to your intentions.
💫 Surrendering postures
We’ll transition into long, soothing holds that invite surrender — letting go of effort and welcoming ease.
🧘♂️ Closing with a manifestation meditation
Settle in for a guided meditation to solidify your intentions, visualize your year ahead, and embody the peace and readiness to receive what your life is calling you toward.
