Sunday Art Club is a recurring monthly family art experience hosted by My Good Brain at Liberty Station.
Held on the last Sunday of every month, this cozy morning is designed for families with young kids who want meaningful time together without the stress of planning activities at home.
This is not a class and not a drop-off program.
It’s a come-as-you-are art morning where parents and children create side-by-side, at their own pace.
Each month features a new seasonal theme, simple art invitations, and a calm, welcoming studio environment.
All materials are provided and include upcycled items, proudly sponsored by Ridwell.
🎨 WHAT TO EXPECT EACH MONTH
Our studio is set up with three age-friendly art stations, so siblings can create together while doing developmentally appropriate activities.
🖍 Toddlers (Ages 1–3)
Simple sensory collages and hands-on art using tearing, gluing, and textures.
🎨 Younger Kids (Ages 4–8)
Open-ended art builds, collages, and creative projects that encourage imagination and expression.
✏️ Older Kids (Ages 9–10)
More detailed mixed-media art with drawing, design, and personal expression.
Families are free to move between stations and stay for the full hour — or leave early if needed.

About My Good Brain
My Good Brain is an arts-based nonprofit focused on promoting mental wellness among school-aged youth.
Through the vehicle of art and play, we aim to teach children from a young age through adolescence how to practice healthy coping strategies for mental and emotional wellness.
