Sundari Women’s Circle ~ A Sacred Space for Connection Healing & Sisterhood

Welcome to Sundari ~ a safe and sacred space for women to open their hearts reconnect with their divine feminine and form soul-deep sisterhood connections. Supported by the ancient medicines of cacao breath sound and holistic practices each circle is a nourishing journey back to your essence.

Sundari means "beautiful woman" in Sanskrit and that is exactly how we hope you’ll feel when you leave ~ beautiful empowered and deeply connected to yourself and a circle of kindred souls.

We are a collective of women seeking softness sharing and soul connection. Our intention is to hold a space where you can be your raw radiant self share your truth and be truly seen and heard. Whether you're meeting new sisters or reconnecting with familiar ones every woman is welcome here.

Our monthly women's circles are lovingly held by Sundari sister Alicia the founder of Holistic At Heart. With over 25 years of experience as a Holistic Consultant and Therapist Alicia brings deep wisdom and intuitive guidance to every gathering. She is also a Kundalini Tantra Yoga Teacher NLP Practitioner Trauma Specialist Female Empowerment Coach and Numerologist.

In addition Alicia is trained in Kabbalistic Astrology offering a unique soul-mapping lens that helps women understand and free themselves from karmic patterns of thought and behaviour. Her work supports women to rise in the most authentic and aligned ways ~ in full harmony with their life path purpose and potential.

Each month our circle is attuned to the current astrological energies moon phases and the turning of the seasons. Together we weave a journey of inner exploration and remembrance ~ combining cacao chants altered-state breathwork meditation free movement sound healing and cosmic guidance. This is an invitation to experience deep nourishment release and spiritual alignment.

You do not need to have any prior experience ~ simply come as you are. Every part of you is welcome. This is a space for authentic connection heart sharing and embodied presence. You will be gently guided through practices that reconnect you to your power your joy your voice your body and your truth.
