We have teamed up with Alliance Network to bring you a Pride-focused breakfast at Albert's Schloss which will bring together LGBTQ+ professionals, allies, and business leaders for an open and inspiring morning of conversation, connection, and insight.

This event explores what it means to be LGBTQ+ in today’s corporate environment, creating space for honest dialogue around lived experience, career progression, inclusive leadership, visibility, and the evolving role of allyship in driving meaningful organisational change.
Our panel will be hosted by Phil Oldershaw, Broadcaster, Founder of Birmingham Pride & Pose Events, and we will be hearing from an outstanding panel of leaders and advocates:

- Dee Wallis – Trans Activist and Leader of Trans in the City Birmingham
- Dee Roberts-Molloy – Head of HR, Birmingham City Council

The ticket fee will be donated to Network Alliance, supporting their ongoing work to advance LGBTQ+ inclusion and equity in the workplace.
