Sun Up Sound Bath In The Park

You're invited to experience an outdoor sound bath offered to help you reconnect with yourself and start the day with calm and clarity. You’ll be guided through a deeply restorative sound journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. As you breathe deeply, layers of sound and vibration will gently wash over you, opening your spirit to deep nourishment and healing.
This outdoor summer session invites you to slow down and soak in the grounding energy of the natural surroundings like birdsong, rustling leaves, and the gentle movement of the morning breeze woven together with the instruments to create a truly immersive experience.

📍 Location: Trend Park, 36 Canfield Rd in Nepean (also known as the Space Park). Street parking is available off of Canfield Rd.

🕕 Time: 8:30am-10am
💰 Exchange: $30+tax
🐦 Early Bird: $25+tax until May 31, 2026
What to bring: Yoga mat, blanket, water bottle, eye mask/pillow, and anything you need to feel comfortable while outdoors. You can opt to bring a lawn chair if you would prefer to sit.
