Join us for a co-creation by summeronyourmind and Ilosflows bringing together meditation, movement, sound and conscious connection.
We’re happy to combine our energy and create a space for you to slow down, reconnect with yourself and reset your energy — guided by the full moon.
This session is a 2-hour experience inviting you to come back into your body, reflect on what’s present for you and connect with like-minded people in a calm and open space.
