Join Adriana Hermel, C-IAYT (Yoga Therapist) for a nourishing hour of gentle movement and breathing practices designed to cool the body, balance the mind, & welcome the season of Summer! Every body is welcome; no referral or yoga experience required.
Cancellation policy:
Participants may cancel up to one week before start date without penalty, after that date, there is a 20% cancellation fee. No refund is available after the class start date.
