Summer Solstice Sound Bath & Guided Meditation
Pamper yourself with inspiring soundscapes as you open your heart to gratitude.
Welcome summer, abundance and creative inspiration at the beautiful showroom of The Finerie in downtown Seattle.
Bring your own yoga mat and cozies, or sink into one of the beautiful chairs and couches in the shop.
Settle in at 10am for a 90-minute sound bath ceremony and guided meditation designed to support your energetic reset.
- First, you'll be guided through a deeply relaxing meditation by Carla Plante, a Tsimshian/Cree, Seattle-based Spiritual Cheerleader and Intuitive Guide from Canada.
- Then tune in to a 60-minute sound bath facilitated by vibrational artist Julia Francis. Lie back and be transported by the beautifully resonant sounds of gong, crystal alchemy singing bowls, drums, chimes and voice.
- Arrive as early as 9am to peruse the shop’s gorgeous clothing, artwork and furniture. (Your ticket includes a $55 gift certificate to use at The Finerie.)
- There will also be time afterwards for additional mingling and shopping if you desire.

Carla Plante is a Tsimshian/Cree, Seattle-based Spiritual Cheerleader and Intuitive Guide from Canada.
Your sound bath ceremony guide
Julia Francis is a sound therapist, vocal embodiment coach and singer-songwriter who performs and teaches soul-level catharsis through sound.
With her voice, crystal alchemy bowls, guitar and other instruments, Julia provides powerful sound encounters in public venues, business retreats and private sessions. As a lifelong disciple of the vocal arts, Julia offers private vocal embodiment coaching and group workshops that help people create space in the body for emotions to move and transform.
She is dedicated to creating safe space for renewal, healing and profound inspiration.
