This sound bath is more than relaxation. It is ceremony.
We'll start with a gentle lymphatic flow to help open the body. You'll be guided to hold an intention – one you already carry or surfaces in the moment. Then let the healing vibration of the crystal and Tibetan bowls wash through.you.
As the frequencies deepen, the thinking mind releases. Your body enters theta — a liminal state where intelligence older than thought takes over. Intention becomes cellular.
