The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year—a potent time of year when the sun sits at its highest point, inviting us to step into our own fullest expression. This is a celebration of radiance, expansion, and the wild, creative life force that lives within each of us.
Join us for a soulful immersion designed to activate the Kundalini energy—the dormant power at the base of the spine. Through guided visualization and intuitive, somatic, & sensual yoga-based movement, we will clear the path for this energy to rise, helping you reconnect with your most vibrant and embodied self.
In this space, we leave the "to-do" lists behind and drop into the wisdom of the body. Using rhythm, sound, and breath, as a signal to our nervous systems that it is safe to open, to feel, and to shine.
Meet Your Facilitators
Sam Kasmer: Sam is the founder of Embodied Resonance LLC, a space dedicated to integrative healing and preventative wellness. As a board certified music therapist and trauma-informed yoga teacher, she blends the science of the nervous system with the magic of energy healing and sound. Her passion lies in helping others find their way back home to their bodies through movement and ritual.
Hannah Laine: Hannah is a soulful musician and vocal empowerment coach who views sound as a bridge to the heartspace. She uses her voice and live-looping technology to create healing soundscapes that invite listeners into deep emotional resonance. Hannah’s work is centered on helping others reclaim their authentic voices and expressive power.
