Step into the golden light of the Summer Solstice with intention, movement, and sacred ritual.

Join me and Kevin from YogaFusion for a magical sunset gathering to honour the longest day of the year, a powerful turning point celebrated for thousands of years by ancient civilisations including the Mayans, Druids, and Egyptians.

They honoured this day as a time of abundance, reflection, and spiritual awakening, a moment to release what has passed and realign with the light within.

As the sun begins to set over Hyde Park, we will move, breathe, release, and gently land into stillness together.

• Your own yoga mat (mats available upon request)

• Warm layers or a blanket for stillness (blanket avilable upon request)
