Suicide&Co 10 Before 10 Challenge

Welcome to 10 Before 10. This is Suicide&Co’s community-led movement designed to get you moving for your mind as a form of self-care, before the day really begins.

On Saturday, May 10th, we are taking over Victoria Park for a special in-person event. Whether you’re a seasoned runner, a power-walker, or just looking for a meaningful Sunday morning activity, this challenge is for you.

Move Your Way: Run it (10km), walk it (10,000 steps). Wherever you are, we finish at 10:00 AM sharp.

• Loyalty Rewards: Make this your first of 10 and reach that milestone to receive exclusive Suicide&Co merch to mark the achievement.
• Digital Trophy Case: Participants will receive a digital badge as part of the challenge on Strava.
• Post-Move Perks: Grab a £1 coffee through Paace simply through those steps.

• Theme: Action—we'll provide a prompt on the day to give you a thinking point while you move.
• Location: Victoria Park, London (Exact meeting point revealed to ticket holders).
• Tickets: We operate on a "Pay What You Can" basis. Consider "Donating your coffee" (£2, £3.50, or £10) to help ensure no one has to face suicide loss alone.
