An intensive day-long workshop to help multiple generations begin the conversation on who will continue to steward the family forest.
About this Event

Dr. Tammy Cushing, Extension Assistant Professor from the University of Florida, will lead this day-long workshop on succession planning for forest landowners. Designed for families to begin developing a transition plan for their family forests, multiple generations are encouraged to attend. However, individuals who will help guide their family in succession planning will also gain valuable insight into the process.

The registration fee includes breaks and lunch, as well as a copy of "Ties to the Land: Succession Planning for Rural Landowners" guide, co-authored by Dr. Cushing.
