About this Event

We’ve teamed up with Disney’s The Lion King for a special Sunrise Wellness Event, with the express purpose of helping you adopt some more intentional habits and prioritise your sense of wellbeing.

Taking place on 4 February 2026 from 7.30am-9am, the event will take place at Madison London and will start with a gentle stretch and yoga session led by Yolanda Burke and Crystal Nicholls from The Lion King. The duo will then join Stylist’s Lauren Geall for a chat about the mental and physical demands of a career on stage and how they achieve balance in their lives away from the theatre.

You’ll come away armed with a host of practical, accessible habits to help support mind, body and soul throughout the new year and beyond. Breakfast will be provided alongside a carefully curated goody bag, while you’ll also get the chance to enjoy some truly stunning views from the venue’s rooftop setting.
