About this Event
The Student Affairs Conference is a collaborative effort between the Division of University Life and the graduate student Association of Student Affairs Professionals (ASAP) within the Higher Education and Student Affairs program at NYU's Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development. In our 24th year, we are excited to continue to offer innovative programs that break the mold and help our field to grow, reflect, assess, connect, and empower. This event is open to any higher education professionals (staff and faculty) and undergraduate and graduate students.
The Academic Advising Pre-Conference is evolving! In 2026, we're integrating a dedicated academic advising track into the full-day NYU Student Affairs Conference on Friday, February 13, 2026.
This exciting change gives advisors the flexibility to design your own conference experience — dedicate the day to advising-focused sessions, explore cross-functional topics that enhance your practice, or create the perfect blend of both.
