About this Event

Strype Street Cycles and ON running Spitalfields present a fortnightly series of indoor ride / outdoor running grooup training sessions to keep motivation levels high through winter!
The goal is to give people organised and structured group workouts over winter.

Join us at Strype Street Cycles for a virtual ride, where we will have a selection of the latest Elite turbo trainers for you to try out. All you have to do is show up with your ride gear, but please be advised spaces for the in shop rides are limited. It is a great opportunity to try indoor training, maintain your fitness levels over winter all with the added motivation of having an organised structured workout with a group of like minded individuals.

For the run people can join us at ON Spitalfields from 9am
If you would like to take part in the ride virtually from your own home, please do sign up and we will share the link of the group ride with you.
