About this Event
StrongHER Flow is a complimentary 45-minute yoga class created in celebration of International Women’s Day – a space to move and breathe amongst a supportive community of women. Led by a Registered Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and Registered Yoga Teacher, this empowering flow blends mindful movement, grounding breathwork, and strengthening postures to help you feel confident and connected in your body. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this class welcomes all levels and honours the unique experiences of every woman.
StrongHER Flow is an invitation for the community to come together, celebrate women’s health, and experience movement as a source of empowerment, resilience, and self-care. Come as you are, move in a way that feels right for you, and join us in honouring the strength within every woman.
Note: Participants must bring their own mat and are recommended to bring a water bottle
