Stretch and Strengthen with exercise physiologist Jack

A low-impact stretch and strengthen class led by exercise physiologist Jack from Civic Recreation Reserve Centre, combining gentle bodyweight exercises with stretching and mobility to support whole-body movement for people affected by cancer and their family, friends and carers. Exercises will be customised to suit participants.
