About this Event
In conversation with local author Rebecca Fraser, Anna will discuss writing stories that find humour and hope in unexpected places, inspired by food, family and second chances.
Her latest book follows retired Michelin-star chef Griff Barlow, whose quiet rebellion in an aged care kitchen rekindles joy, connection and the possibility of forgiveness, all while secrets simmer beneath the surface.
Known for her sharply funny and deeply heart-stirring storytelling, Anna Johnston is also the author of The Borrowed Life of Frederick Fife, recently acquired by Netflix.
Anna Johnston's second novel is an enchanting story that will appeal to fans of Richard Osman, Joanna Nell and Amanda Hampson.
Books will be available for purchase courtesy of Farrells Bookshop.
