About this Event

Stress Resilience Immersive Workshop at Canopy SF Jackson Square

This workshop is brought to you by The Strongher Collective, a wellness community dedicated to providing social connection and evidence-based tools for health and well-being.

Many of us are overtaxed by constant life demands, health burdens, and mental worries, especially as caregivers. Vulnerability to depression and anxiety is widespread, and a mental health renaissance is underway. Mental well-being is being redefined and whole-person approaches are gaining ground.

This workshop will provide you with evidence-based tools and techniques to:

  • Reduce stress and improve resilience: Discover the science of stress and learn practical strategies to manage it effectively.
  • Protect your telomeres: Learn lifestyle and psychological habits that can slow aging and improve your health.
    Enjoy:
  • Lite bites and beverages
  • Swag: Kiehls

Meet the Speakers:
