About this Event
A strong board or committee is important if you want to get the most out of your time and make a real difference. This means the diversity, dynamics and relationships with fellow board and committee members will all play a part.
This training is aimed at existing trustees and committee members
Board and committee dynamics are healthy when:

Objectives:

· What it might feel like to be in a non-inclusive board environment
· Practical and dynamic steps trustees can take to create an inclusive board culture
· What board and committee dynamics are – and why they matter
· Some of the typical features of a well-functioning board/committee with good board/committee dynamics
· How to recognise and help develop positive dynamics
