Come join us for the Mindfulness Triathlon at The Greenline! This in-person event is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves physically and mentally. The triathlon includes a 1-2 mile walk/run, 10 minute meditation, and 40 minute, beginner-friendly, trauma informed yoga. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, this event is open to all fitness levels, no experience necessary!
