Important information for your visit:
- First-Come, First-Served: For the safety and comfort of all guests, entry is managed strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Expect a Queue: Our Sample Sale is always a much-loved event, and at peak times the wait may be up to two hours. For a calmer shopping experience, we recommend visiting between 2–5pm.
- Fair for All: To ensure the Sample Sale remains fair and enjoyable for everyone, we’re unable to offer appointments, reserved slots, or priority access - including for our VIP's. Thank you for supporting us in making this an equal occasion for everyone.
Important Details About the Sale:
- Item Condition: All items come from our archive and sample collections. These may include ex-display or press styles and might show minor signs of wear. Prices reflect this, and no further discounts will be considered.
- Item Selection: While some icon pieces may feature, our newest silhouettes and colourways will not be available.
- Terms of Sale: All purchases are final. Refunds or exchanges on Sample Sale items will not be available.
- Warranty & Repairs: Sample sale purchases are not covered by warranty, and complimentary repairs are not available on these products.
