Appropriate STOTT PILATES® exercise adaptations are explored in sitting, standing, side-lying and other beneficial positions. The latest medical information and ACOG guidelines as well as anatomical and physiological changes, risk factors and movement considerations are kept front of mind. Exercise choices are concentrated on second trimester concerns, although considerations for those in first and third trimesters are also addressed.Learning objectives
