The Stepperz Fitness Games

Step into your team. One circuit. One leaderboard. This one's not for spectators.

The format:

Teams will work through a circuit of stations together: functional fitness, bodyweight and equipment-based. At each station, one team member is nominated to be tracked. Their reps or distance covered earns points for the team. Once you've been nominated, you can't be nominated again so everyone carries weight for their team at some point.

Points are tallied station by station with only one team walking away on top.

What to expect:

A mixure of strength, cardio and functional work will be incorporated to test different people in different ways. This isn't about being the fittest person in the room. It's about knowing your team, picking your moments, and delivering when your name gets called.

What's included with your ticket:

Your session. Full access to recovery facilities including ice bath and sauna. Professional photography. And a social afterwards which gives the opportunity to talk your talk, recover, and meet the community.

This event suits people with some training experience. You don't need to be elite, but you should be comfortable moving through functional exercises at intensity. If you've been training consistently, you're ready.
