Chris Cooke
Chris Cooke is a journalist, editor, and media entrepreneur who helps people make sense of the music industry. He co-founded CMU, which delivers news, training, consultancy, and support for future music talent. Through CMU, he writes, talks, and teaches about everything from music rights to streaming and artist careers.
Chris has hosted The Great Escape Conference, written Dissecting The Digital Dollar, and co-founded the Pathways Into Music Foundation. He also runs UnLimited Media, publishes ThisWeek Culture and ThreeWeeks Edinburgh, and helped launch the Taylor Bennett Foundation. Basically, if it’s about music, media, or culture—he’s involved.
