Staying healthy this summer with NHS London & Age UK London

Age UK London working in partnership with the NHS are delighted to bring you an in person event discussing all aspects of staying healthy as summer approaches on Wednesday 3rd June from 2pm to 4pm.
We will cover a variety of topics such as keeping active and exercise, diet, supplements, hydration, Medic*tion management, the impact of extreme heat as well as eligibility for vaccines including the spring booster.

This in person event will take place in CHRISTCHURCH BLACKFRIARS , 27 Blackfriars Bridge Road (South of Blackfriars bridge) London SE1 8NY

We are delighted to have as our guest speaker Dr Oge Ilozue a practicising GP in north London and Senior Clinical Advisor, NHS London Vaccination Programme. Dr Oge has had postgraduate training in general medicine, paediatrics and women’s health and has also spent a year working in rural South Africa. The event will be Chaired by Dr Tony Burch, Retired GP, Volunteer Vaccinator and Trustee of Age UK London.

Each person will get a chance for their questions to be answered and can submit them to the Dr either before the event or ask directly on the day.
