The primary virtue of Earth is its inherent stability and strength, reminding us to stay grounded in our authentic selves, and provides the consistency needed to achieve our goals. Stay Rooted is an inner journey that asks us to deepen our roots and grow beyond our comfort zones to lay new seeds of hope. In this 2-hour Workshop you will: use nature to observe and measure as the foundation for life’s philosophy on truth; learn about the 7 Hermetic Principles and the importance of introspection; learn how to purify your space to build discernment and increase intuition; learn about unconscious patterns that keep us in a negative state; expand into greater awareness with an ancient meditation technique to access inner wisdom and ways to integrate it into daily life; and ends with a gentle guided meditation to expand your consciousness further.
