In a relaxed, supportive environment, we’ll break down foundational poses, common yoga terms, and breathing techniques while moving at a slower, approachable pace. You’ll learn how to move safely through a yoga class, how to modify poses to suit your body, and have plenty of time to ask questions along the way.We’ll also introduce the different styles of yoga offered at the studio so you can better understand which classes might feel like the best fit for you.
