Whether you're trying standup comedy for the first time or looking to refine material, join instructor Kivork aka KeyEpic and find your voice!

ABOUT THE CLASS
Whether you're stepping on stage for the first time or sharpening your act, this 8-week workshop is about turning your life into comedy. We’ll focus on mining your unique experiences, perspectives, and quirks to develop a standup voice that’s unmistakably you.

Through writing exercises, performance drills, and supportive feedback, you’ll learn how to:

• Transform personal stories into compelling, hilarious material.
• Hone your delivery to match your authentic voice.
• Refine existing jokes with stronger structure, timing, and originality.
• Own the stage with confidence, whether you’re tackling fears or leveling up.

No prior experience? Perfect. Got jokes but want to dig deeper? Even better. By the end, you’ll have a tight 5-minute set that sounds like you, nobody else!

CLASS DATES - Thursdays from 6 PM - 8 PM and then at 8pm to 9:30pm you can stay to perform your act infront of a REAL LIVE AUDIENCE at Keys Comedy Club Theatre

STUDENT SHOWCASE
There will be a show at the end of each class for students to debut their material on a REAL LIFE CROWD!! and the new tight 5-minute sets will also be debut at the end of the Year one big Organized new faces show ! Location and Date will be announced in april, will be scheduled during class per students' schedules.

ABOUT THE LOCATION(S)

This class will mostly be located at Keys Comedy Club, in a room called Legends Only Room. If you head in through the front of Jolly Bar, you'll see a staircase. When you enter, walk down the stairs to Keys Comedy Club Theatre, and through the Gold Doors. And if you need help, you can ask at the front table - The Jolly Bar waitresses are ready to help! ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR

Kivork better known as KeyEpic says he doesn't know what he's doing, but it's worked pretty well so far. By the Torontos Comedians he served describing him as a Comedy God, the Goat, the King of Toronto Comedy, the emperor, Living Comedian Legend.

KeyEpic broke into the Torontos standup scene through becoming CEO of Keys Comedy Club, Stand Up Break In, at Keys For over 5 Years now, Prior 20 years experiene Honing his act of Cultural humour, quick improv crowed work, self-musings and mostly stuff that's weird and stupid, Before opening up Keys Comedy Club KeyEpic has interviewed the GREATEST comedic minds, Such as Katt Williams, Luenell, Red Grant, Sinbad, and Dane Cook just to name a few. In Toronto KeyEpic Produced shows with, 3000 SEAT Theatre Acts such as Rene Vaca many more, and his comedians Entertain Millions on social media, all home grown at Keys comedy Club. Keys Comedy Club is the longest-running weekly standup showcase that constantly spots and creates legendary comedians in Toronto, showcasing your favourite social media stars.
