Join Zoe and Charlie in this Spring Transformational Breathwork journey to calm your nervous system, nourish your body and reconnect with yourself through the beautiful, self empowering healing tool that is your breath.
Following what is often an overstimulating and stressful time of year we invite you to retreat inwards, to listen deeply and tend to the parts of yourself that need some love and attention. In the quiet we rediscover clarity and remember what truly sustains us.
Transformational Breathwork is a conscious connected breath technique that combines the breath, sound, movement and gentle acupressure bodywork to access all aspects of the being; the physical, mental / emotional and spiritual.
Zoe and Charlie will guide you step by step holding a safe and nurturing space for gentle exploration and emotional release. This is an opportunity to restore balance to your nervous system, expand awareness, increase your vitality and cultivate a deep sense of inner peace.
This workshop is suitable for everyone; existing breathers and new comers, everyone is welcome.
Please bring a water bottle, wear loose comfortable layers so you can move and relax easily and if you have any health concerns or are currently taking Medic*tion please email in advance so we can fully support you.
