Spring Supper Club

Join Abbie and her team for an intimate one-night-only dining experience celebrating the very best produce of the season in aid of The Burnt Chef Project.

Abbie presents a thoughtfully curated three course menu (with some sneaky snacks too!) created in partnership with the Chiswick House Kitchen Garden Team, showcasing seasonal produce at its peak alongside a carefully selected wine offering.

With just twelve seats available, this exclusive evening has been designed to bring people together around exceptional food, conversation, and community — all in support of a cause worth backing.

About the Chef
Born in London, with part of her childhood spent in Australia, Abbie draws on a broad range of cooking influences.

She has worked in notable London kitchens including The Glasshouse in Kew, La Trompette in Chiswick, and most recently alongside Sally Abe at her brand new opening this year, Teal in Hackney. During her career she has developed a love for seasonal British produce and has worked hard to strengthen and foster relationships with local suppliers. Most notably her partnership with the Chiswick House Kitchen Garden team who grow outstanding produce utilised in all of her menus.

Abbie has featured as a competitor on Great British Menu 2026, where she represented London & South East England reaching the Judges chambers. She also won the award for Rising Star at the National Restaurant Awards 2025.

She has always been motivated by going the extra mile to ensure guests have the best experience possible and wants to ensure that each dish she creates has the potential to live long in someone’s memory. Her key focus is that guests leave happier than when they arrived and have eaten a meal showcasing the best of what the region has to offer in a relaxed setting.
