Perfect for beginners and anyone looking to add more vitality and freshness to their diet this spring.
In-person attendees will be provided with their own jar and seeds to enjoy sprouts at home.
We will enjoy several dishes made with different types of sprouts. Recipes are included!
About Sunny
Sunny Linkfield became plant-based and vegan 4 years ago to take control of her heath issues, and for the animals. She is a certified, board eligible vegan health and wellness coach, with a focus on plant-based nutrition and cooking. She holds certificates from Mainstreet Vegan Academy, Forks Over Knives, eCornell Nutrition Science through T Colin Campbell, and she is a licensed Food for Life coach with Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.
