About this Event
Guided by sound healing expert Thimela Garcia, this multi-sensory experience is designed to help you release tension, reset your nervous system, and reconnect with your natural rhythm. Combining therapeutic sound frequencies with carefully selected essential oils, the session creates a deeply restorative journey for both body and mind.
As part of the experience, you'll also enjoy an educational talk exploring the foundations of seasonal wellbeing. This includes guidance on setting powerful seasonal intentions, an introduction to detox-supporting body oils and lymphatic blends, and expert insights into the use of essential oils for natural detox support.
You'll then be guided through grounding, breathwork, and aroma activation, before immersing yourself in a soothing sound bath featuring gongs, crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments. Enhanced by calming aromatherapy, this deeply meditative journey supports emotional release, energetic cleansing, and profound relaxation.
Expect to leave feeling lighter, clearer, and rebalanced, aligned with the fresh energy of the season
Please note: guests are kindly asked to bring their own yoga mat for the session.

Booking via: Aroma-Zone UK Events - 1 Upcoming Activities and Tickets | Eventbrite. A valid ticket is required for entry. Please present your Eventbrite ticket on arrival. Guests are kindly asked to arrive before the scheduled start time. Late entry may not be permitted once the session has begun in order to minimise disruption to the event. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for among ticket holders. A ticket does not guarantee entry once the venue has reached its safe operating capacity. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is cancelled by the organiser. The organiser AZ reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, or content if necessary.
