Spring Reset Sound Bath

Join us for a refreshing Spring Reset Sound Bath !

This in-person gathering is your invitation to unwind and recharge through the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and other healing sounds. It’s the perfect space to melt away stress, settle your nervous system, and welcome spring feeling grounded and renewed.

Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early so you can get cozy and settle in before we begin. Bring a mat, a comfy blanket, and anything else that helps you relax.

After the sound bath, we’ll linger a little longer with tea and cookies — because connection is part of the reset, too

This event is completely free, and you’re welcome to bring a friend! Just be sure everyone signs up so we can plan accordingly.
