This day is designed to offer something different.
A full-day, immersive experience where you can step out of the noise, slow down, and reconnect. Physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Set in the natural surroundings of Foxview Stables in Osgoode, ON, this retreat brings together a blend of grounded, experiential practices to support deep rest and renewal.
What You Can Expect
Throughout the day, you’ll be guided through a series of experiences designed to help your body settle and your awareness deepen:
- Gentle yoga to ease into the day
- Breathwork and somatic movement to release tension and restore flow
- Sound healing with bowls and gongs
- Reiki-infused mindfulness practices
- Interactions with our intuitive herd of horses
- Time in nature to rest, reflect, and reconnect

Special Guest Practitioner: Alisha Rexford
We are honoured to welcome back Alisha Rexford, who brings over 20 years of experience in yoga, bodywork, and holistic healing.
Her approach is grounded, intuitive, and deeply supportive—creating space for you to settle into your own rhythm and experience.
