What to expect:
- ROOT with grounding meditation and intention setting
- RISE with qigong and philosophy to expand into spring's energy
- REST with yin yoga for the Wood meridians
- NOURISH with fresh, seasonal Wood element dinner by ZAO AN
Rundown
We begin the day in Loom Club's bright and spacious studio, where Emma will guide you through rejuvenating qigong to draw on Wood's qualities of vision and upward momentum. You'll then settle into your roots with yin yoga targeting the Wood meridians, before heading upstairs to the beautiful lounge to enjoy a spring-inspired Chinese dinner by ZAO AN Founder Irene.
In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), food is part of how we tend to our qi and align with the seasons. Spring calls for nutrient-rich, green and leafy ingredients that support vitality and health - a philosophy that sits at the heart of ZAO AN's cooking. Founded by Irene, ZAO AN is an East and South East Asian community cafe cooking seasonal inspired Asian cuisine out of Loom Club.
We hope you'll leave feeling grounded, inspired and more deeply connected to your inner and outer nature 🌸 we'd love to have you join us!
